Before booking or staying at The Cloverleaf Superluxury Villa, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You agree to comply with our terms and conditions outlined on this website by making any reservation online or offline through any means or channel.
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 Bookings are accepted through either our official websitehttps://www.thecloverleafvilla.com; or by contacting us directly or by authorised booking platforms.
1.2 To confirm any booking a deposit or full payment is required. If the booking is on deposit then
the balance payment must be completed prior to the check-in date and agreed terms &
Conditions.
1.3 For all the online bookings, we accept major visa cards, master cards, UPI and other online
payments available and working. The prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise
stated. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods. All pricesquoted are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:
2.1 The standard check-in time at the property is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in maybe requested but can be confirmed subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.
2.2 Our standard check-out time from the property is 11:00 hrs. Late check-out maybe requested
but can be confirmed subject to availability, extra charges and at the discretion of themanagement.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
3.1 For bookings made through this website, cancellations made 60 days prior to the check-in
date are generally eligible for a full refund unless and otherwise cancellation deadline is stated
through an email, chat, a booking voucher or any means of communication. If the booking is not
cancelled within the cancellation deadline, all the payments made is 100% non-refundable.
3.2 Once the booking is confirmed as per the agreed terms, it can’t be amended or cancelled. The
money paid against the reservation is 100% non-refundable. In case of No-shows or early
departures, there won’t be any refunds given to the guests or customer.
4. Villa Rules and Regulations:
4.1 All the rooms in The Cloverleaf Superluxury Villa are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly
prohibited inside the villa. The guests are allowed to smoke in the open areas, such as balcony
terrace, garden and pool areas.
4.2 As per the standard policy of The Cloverleaf Superluxury Villa, pets are not allowed.
4.3 We provide a full time kitchen and cook service during the stay so guests are not allowed to
cook due to safety reasons. Guests can order food from the menu available at the property.
4.4 All foods and beverages, laundry and other services are on chargeable basis unless and
otherwise agreed at the time of making the booking.
4.5 Late night loud music after 2100 Hrs is not allowed as per local laws. Soft music can be played
inside the property which doesn’t cause any inconvenience to the people living in the vicinity.
4.6 Food and beverages except water are not permitted on the upper ground floor. All rooms are
non-smoking, you can smoke in open areas.
4.7 A refundable security deposit of INR 10000.00 supposed to be deposited in cash with the
caretaker on arrival which will be refunded in cash at check out.
4.8 Any damages done by the guest and/or their members during the stay, shall be borne by
themselves and shall be deducted from the security deposit.
4.9 Any additional guest shall be charged at Rs 3000.00 per person per night.
5. Liability and Responsibility:
5.1 The management of the property is not responsible for any damage, loss or injury cause by
any means to any guest outside or inside the property during their stay.
5.2 Guests are advised to leave all their personal valuables and belongings with the staff or in their
knowledge. It is strictly advised to not leave any cash behind while going out of the property.
5.3 Guest can use the facilities and amenities available within the property at their own risk. Adults
must supervise children all the time and must not leave them alone anywhere; especially near the
pool area.
6. Privacy and Security:
6.1 We are committed to safeguard the personal information and respect the privacy of the
guests. Please read our Privacy Policy in detail to know more about our data practices.
6.2 Security Guards are deployed at the main entrance by the society maintenance team to
protect the guests and the property. All the visitors are required to furnish their original documents
mandatorily at the time of check-in.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Laws
7.1 The management of The Cloverleaf Superluxury Villa reserves the right to amend the terms
and conditions without any prior notice at anytime. Upon publication on the website, the updated
terms and conditions shall be effective with immediate effect.
7.2 In case any differences in understanding or dispute arising between the management and the
visitors, the decision of the management shall be a binding and final. You acknowledge that you
have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid on this website by booking this
property through any channel.
7.3 The agreement once the booking has been done, shall stand constructed and enforced in accordance with Indian Laws without giving any effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof. For the purpose of any litigation arising due to disputes or differences among parties under this agreement, the parties hereby consent to resolve under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts of Law in India.
